Culmination of Research, Site survey & Client Brief.
May include sketches, Images, Sections, Information sources.
Discussion on Presentation to Client enabling Variations.
To be approved by the Client.
Preliminary Design:
Development of Plans facilitating variations.
To be approved by the Client.
Masterplan:
Final Presentation package of Design including Working Drawings
& Specification, Quotation for implementation of work.
To be approved by the Client.
Implementation:
Carrying out of works, On Site Management & or Consultant role
during construction process.
